To preserve eligibility for a no-cost reprint in the event of shipping damage and to protect the integrity of your limited edition, please follow the instructions below before opening the tube or flat pack.
Time limits apply: Report shipping damage within 14 days of delivery; customer/framer damage within 180 days.
Record the unboxing: A continuous video of the first opening is required for any shipping-damage claim.
Open with your framer: Whenever possible, open the package at your professional framer after reviewing these steps.
Clean environment: Use a clean, dry, dust-free surface. Wash and dry hands or wear cotton/nitrile gloves.
Do not use knives/box cutters near the print surface (cut only along tape seams, away from contents).
Do not bend, roll tighter, or force the print from the tube.
Do not place tape, Post-its, or clips on the print.
Do not touch the printed surface; handle by two opposite edges only.
Do not discard the shipping tube, end caps, inner packing, or labels until your inspection is complete.
Start your continuous video showing labels and any exterior damage.
Remove end cap(s) carefully; slide packing out without pulling the print edge.
Remove inner protection (sleeve/craft paper) slowly; do not peel anything stuck to the print.
Let the print acclimate flat on a clean surface for 15–30 minutes before handling further.
(For flat packs: cut tape along seams away from the contents; lift top layer evenly.)
Allow natural de-curling under clean archival paper with light, even weights on the corners (no books with dust jackets, no direct pressure on the image).
Keep away from moisture, steam, and direct sunlight. Recommended room RH 35–55%.
Normal/Acceptable: slight paper curl, minor printing tolerances, subtle surface sheen variations inherent to fine-art media.
Damage: creases, dents, tears, abrasions, ink scuffs, emulsion scratches, water intrusion, crushed corners, or contamination caused during transit.

Photos of the exterior packaging, tube/box ends, inner packing, and the damaged area(s).
The continuous unboxing video (first opening).
Confirmation that all original packaging is retained.
If approved, we will issue a Reprint Request Authorization (RRA) and ship a replacement at no cost (same edition number). You will be required to destroy the damaged print on video (tear into at least 8 pieces) to preserve edition integrity.

Upon approval and RRA, provide destruction video (≥8 pieces).
A 30% handling fee (on original pre-discount retail) plus shipping applies.
Claims may be denied if:
